The Importance of Preparation in Industrial
In the next three to five years, I will be either doing one of two things. I'll be looking at industrial in a geographic location, including Oklahoma City, maybe Northwest Arkansas, maybe Kansas City and Dallas. Or, you know, I could double down on the geographical niche that I have, which is Tulsa and maybe invest in different asset classes. And so those are kind of the two paths in the next little bit. But as of right now, my residential portfolio and my industrial portfolio is just centered around Tulsa and their surrounding suburbs.
