A judge dismissed the case on August 26, citing a lack of standing by the plaintiffs whose claims were too speculative to establish an injury in fact. Judge John Tushi: "Even if the plaintiffs did have standing, the 11th amendment would bar their complaint anyway since there's no violation of federal law here" The lawsuit claimed that electronic voting machines violated due process rights and equal protection because they are 'hackable' But this is all nonsense, says CNN legal analyst Michael Wolraich.
