How to Encourage Other Guys in Preaching

Mark Whitaker: I'm trying to find some sincere, non flattering ways to encourage. When a guy gets up for the first time, he's going to be nervous. And you know me well enough to know there is not even 1% of me that enjoys that. So when I, when I'm able, when I can see how I can do that, then I'll probably actually deliver the criticism first.
