The Importance of Followership in Leadership

Leadership and followership are complimentary. Accepting leadership is easy and natural for most Americans. The leader on the other hand has not only to give effective direction to morale, but he is also the most potent influence in building up morale. A great deal of leadership depends on suggestion.
