Semi Automatic Weapons - Is That a Good Goal of the Congress?
The only criterion is attached to a semi automatic weapon, and materially increases the rate of fire. That's what bump stocks to and it says any semi automatic weapon that has been modified in any way that eliminates the need of the operator to make a separate movement for each individual function of the trigger. So if you make your home made jury rigg, trying to convert this to full auto, or just in any way to increase the rate ofFire of the weapon, that is prohibited under the statute.
