The Year of Accountability

Clarity precedes excellence. If you don't have clarity, it's impossible to have elite. Clarity is not an event; it's as many as it takes. Accountability was hyjacked years ago by the people that manufacture tasors. Every number that your company tracts is a result of what people do. And so if we're going to be great leaders, we have to hold people accountable.
