I Meha by Christine Shooks is described with they-them pronouns and as non-binary on the back cover, but that isn't explicitly named in the book itself. It does come up explicitly in the book, though they are experimenting with their gender presentation, including cutting their hair short. I'm really looking forward to reading this debut novel called Carmen and Grace by Melissa Kosakino. There's always the word crying in there somewhere or sobbing, which sounds fun.
