The challenge internally is to really understand, understand and communicate the applications we look into into in those different industries. And it needs a good understanding and an extremely good ncation between all us,. All of us in the company, especially all, let's say, customer of facing people in the company. So this is, i think, a very important aspect of what we do. In general, it lenging for sure. Because if you will have one application field in one industry. It's for sure easy, easier to master or manageen yeu also talked about the champions, the lighthouse projects. How do you find those projects and then also convince them too, to join?
