There's a large body of work written by his disciples, always in the form of these little the master said this or that. And he spoke about all sorts of things, some of the things have been mentioned. He also said odd things like, you know, a gentleman should never wear scarlet at home. So it's a body of material about him and what he said, written down by his disciples. The bureaucracy itself, funally enough, came from er, the heritage of those who were striving for efficiency.
