The company has a culture DEI day every quarter. It's an ongoing thing and we're investing some time in that. We are thinking both about the systems within our organization, but also how can we shape those two. And then on the individual side, each person has set up their own action plan and then has an accountability buddy. That is the beauty of starting fresh and starting in you is that you're creating your own world and the world that you want to see.
