Is There a Wage Gap Difference?
There's a confusion over equal treatment versus equality of outcomes, he says. The wage gap difference is multi-factorial and must be taken into account. Men are more likely to work dangerous jobs that pay higher so you have to take that into account as well. He argues we can't force identical gender distribution outcomes through social engineering because that isn't what's producing them in the first place.
