How to Get Started in 30 Minutes a Day
This week, we're just going to do the same thing. What are you going to do for 30 minutes a day to move your needle forward on the ideal vision that you have of yourself. See if you can do that every day on your one thing. And i promise you that at these daily nudges, no matter how small they are at first, the point is that by doing them repeatedly, consistently, they will reward you.
