Edward, I think it's really important to ask ourselves, where are preferences come from because our preferences don't have to be informed by our by our prejudices but sometimes they are. So looking at okay why do I prefer this over that is an essential conversation to have with yourself. And if you don't meet any prejudice in that then your ego will probably try and convince you that there's no judgment there’s no prejudice at all but there usually is for most people. Edward: There's an experience I want to share that lends itself to the change that you're speaking to right now not based in which I experience it.
