Do you think any company can implement OKR? Or is it depending on having a certain size or being at a certain stage like the growth that you already mentioned? I mean, even a company of five people, I think can benefit from OKRs. If you're not in growth mode and you're just kind of keeping things the way they are, it's like a lifestyle business. And so his answer was, I don't really want to focus anywhere to make improvements in the near term. That could be within a given company. It took us less than an hour to realize that the OKRS project was going nowhere.
