Do You Work Backwards From Goals?
I keep track of every 15 minute increment of how i spend my time. And this is all kept up to date by an e a in the background on a spread sheet. Every once awhile, i'll take a peek and see if if what i'm doing is aline with my goals. I try to avoid doing things that will lead me to burn out. That's really what pushes people over the edge. All i try to avoid that as much as possible.
