Do You Have a Delay in Onset Muscle Soreness?

The peak isn't necessarily during the taper, because that might just cause too much fatigue. The volume is so low that you actually are not nearly as fatigued as a much easier work out three, four or five weeks earlier. And then also, the soreness does get better. If you have a run to do on heavy legs and tired legs, use that to your advantage. There's definity ways that we can flip those situations and make them beneficial for us.
