Is There a Future for Visual Art?

I can understand why visual artists are concerned about this disrupting their industry and their livelihood. I would like to think in the same way that I still love the personal touch in visual art while still admiring what AI can do. But I don't think it's insurmountable jump. Yeah and it's the kind of thing that science fiction has been predicting for a while. That's the Dixon Hill episodes of Star Trek Next Generation where Picard says put me into a mystery story and then I'll play through it and it'll be fun. So that's absolutely a thing that could happen.
