And as soon as you expose them too much, then they disintegrate because there's no longer that strong sense of belonging together. Sean: Kate asked a question about the differences between an employee resource group versus a community of practice The ERGs are the ones that get empowered for that diversity and inclusion type of initiatives in space. Do you think there's a difference between those two types of groups? "I absolutely do think that there are different types of communities," he says.
