Gloria Borger: I was the guy that would have all these ideas at night and I'd go to sleep with all those ideas floating around in my head, keeping me awake because a subconscious mind is trying to solve them. The easiest thing you can do is do a brain dump where you take a pen and paper or in my case, I take my iPhone. Once I do that, it's typically 9 a.m. Then I get my phone, answer the text messages, emails, whatever that came in. And I'm off to the gym before I come here to the headquarters at around 11 o'clock, shower, and then I'm ready to help my team move
