I Don't Think Oberbergafell's Going to Get Overturned. I Just Don't See It.

i don't think oberbergafell's going to get overturned. I just don't see it. And the reason is because of the way thi stroom court handled that issue. They stayed out of it until two thousand 13, when attitudes had changed substantially. Then they invalidated doman two thousand 13 and then obergofell came along in two thousand 15. So i think the pattern here is that the court has learned to stay out of these hotbon issues until they become a little bit more settled.
