By going ber foot a fer amount of the time, you get a very strong foot as well. A healthy foot is a mobile foot. Thet doesn't come down just to running shoes. I understand that some people might want more support when you're running,. But walking around and running shoes all day, or highly supportive shoes, you better gleave. It's like walking round with u o ungone e and making yourself lazy - yei te're great.
