I hear a lot of people talking about the sort of dietary guidelines and how they've set us up for disease. You also feel like macronutrients are, I guess they're umbrella terms, right? And so a carbohydrate's not necessarily carbohydrate and fat is not necessarily fat. There are different types. So I think it's definitely has done some damage in terms of what we consider a healthy food when we put halo's like low fat on some of those products,. particularly in the 90s and 80s and early 2000s.
