Introduction

This year has been a roller coaster for the property market. The UK's ability to borrow at sensible rates was decimated. Guilt and swap rates were shockingly high. Mortgages consequently went to much higher rates. And everybody, it seemed, and the media didn't help, suddenly went into fear mode. What does next year hold?
