The Passion and the Fixation of Machaso

Oscar Ochaso's original teaching was that the passion to self deceit and the fixation is vanity. Naranho at a certain point, I think in the 90s actually switched them and said, which was over 20 years later,. In his view, vanity was the passion and self deceit was more mental. And so when you hear Russ Hudson talk about the passions and the fixations, you'll hear him say, this latter day, Naranho view. But with all due respect, I disagree with them both because there is no doubt whatsoever in the underground community that veracity is a virtue for threes.
