How to Get a Good Workout in an Hour and a Half

In season, if I'm climbing outside, say on a Monday, then I would do some max hangs, some campus boarding and some weightlifting. Then either the following day or the day after I would do like more of an aerobic tread wall just to kind of keep the cardiovascular system high. And then I would take two or three days off and then go back outside on Monday. Mm hmm. What is your aerobic workout look like? Sure. So in then each, each rep, I will increase the overhang by one degree. But I would have like bigger holds, like kind of mini jugs, two pads, two and a half pad holds on the tread wall.
