"We weren't like criminals or anything. Maybe a littleb we're kind ofo, a little bit of hooligan," he says. "I would say i was ill disciplined and unfocused." He went back to school after being suspended from the University of New York at Binghamton for smoking marijuana in his dorm room. The experience helped him build an ethical foundation that allowed him to get into military service.
