E, senior White House attorneys selected by the defendant to provide him candidate vice told him that his presidency would end on inauguration day in 2021. G, state legislators and officials, many of whom were the defendant's political allies, repeatedly informed the defendant that his claims of fraud in their states were unsubstantiated or false. And F, senior staffers on the defendant's 2020 re-election campaign said he had only a 5% chance of prevailing in the election.
