Our goal is definitely to be sustainable and we see this being a huge issue in our industry overall. The misalignment of incentive caused by various different fundraising model as well as just the way that the industry moves so quickly doesn't necessarily yield long term beneficial outcomes. We don't want things like outsized ownership or kind of preferred parties. And if we can't get to that place with the vehicle that we're creating to accomplish these missions that we're talking about, then we won't be continuing the organization. So that's very much what we're focusing on right now on the organizational side is how do we create that structure?"
