I think that men, we have grades for reason, riinei if there is theirs, theyre there to make people work towards pre set goals. But at the same time, there has to be some gauge. There has to be something. Soi think it's its design to create both competition as well as some basic, form, basic way to judge people's abilities. I like grades are in some way, a way to measure somebody's ability, but also something to strive for.
