The Role of Gender in the Workplace
Shelby: We asked, do you think work would be different if nobody knew your gender. 41% said yes significantly 30% said yes somewhat and then 29% said no, not at all. Shelby: It's how effective people feel how effective they feel their opportunities are in the workplace. There is a gender bias into perception matters and and gender so those are the sort of thoughts that just immediately come to my head when I see this data.
