The Bible warns us against ever making the distinction between significant and insignificant people. For true sacrificial love sees all people with needs and seeks to meet them as they are able. See you don't get the reward of the world when you're visiting and serving in contexts like these. And so we might be tempted to only treat those with kindness that can benefit us.
