Is There a Natural Language?

No language is completely one or the other. Even languages that we think are mostly analytic, like Chinese, have some things that seem to be a bit more synthetic. But yeah, there's a natural language. A lot of what we talked about in the show is trying to make a naturalistic language so trying to imitate what natural languages do. You're never perfect anything. It's all sort of mixed up in a giant pile of thousands of years of historical changes and all that kind of thing.
