The Future of the City Center
Cities will evolve to do what only cities can do, which seems to mean being places where more people live and where there's more social interaction. So I think there might be even more business and even work within cities. But a lot of that will happen in all sorts of places and in ways that are a little different from how our cities are currently designed. The challenge is that it's not so easy for cities to change. It's the office first and then everything else is kind of designed around the needs of those offices.
