The Cost of Appeals in Ireland

In Ireland right now we're running about 20 appeals against each other or something like that usually they then submit hundreds and thousands of pages. There's a strong tendency of just spamming everybody and that makes it I mean for example in Ireland the Shrem's two litigation was estimated to be over all about 10 million euros if I would have lost it I would have had to pay to 10 million euros. The average in Europe for an appeal is around 5,000 I would say so you have a free right to go to the authority but if the authority doesn't do its job you have to pay 5,000 euros to have the authority do its job.
