We felt that the book might make some profits it's royalties out of which its creators could eat. Some of us in New York consider the possibility of publishing this book I sell. If you publish it yourself nobody's even going to know there's a book so what did you decide to do? "We brand dismissed the Rockefeller's name pretty liberally"
