Today is February 1st, which means dry January is over. A lot of people were talking about the latest study on how much alcohol you should be drinking. This new guidance says if you have to drink, try and keep it at two drinks a week. These recommendations come as young people across Western nations are already drinking less.
New national health guidelines in Canada say any amount of alcohol consumption could lead to serious health risks. The guidance comes as more and more young people across Western nations are choosing Canada Dry.
