In most parts of the country crisis conditions of supply for people want to buy and enough stuff for people to rent. combine that with disincentives over a long period of time over multi-election campaigns I think they've both conspired to give us in most parts of Australia this housing problem. There's going to be continued calls from certain political parties around rent freezes which would be a complete disaster it will effectively signal to future investment for at least the next five to ten years that the government can't be trusted, he says.
