The Importance of Trust in a Digital Company

I used to work for a virtual company and I left that company. At the time I was thinking it was just because this is a bad match like the the group that I was participating in. But as I was reading this book, I couldn't help but try to understand that team. What I eventually figured out was that there was a lot of trust building amongst our leadership team.
