I actually sat for a psychic reading just part of research and just as a gag. She had the black cat and the crystal ball, actual crystal ball. I thought, well, that's very telling. Okay, let me bounce out of astrology. So basically thinking is power came from my frustration with teaching science that way. And so I kept thinking if I have one semester to teach the average person what they need to know about science... What would that look like?
