How Do You Break Into Publishing?

As of yesterday, i sterd t work on a new novel, a book called picks and shovels. That's one of the two novels i wrote during the lockdown tour. Books and i have finally agreed on a contract for those two books, as well as two sequels to red team blues. The deal is a very good one. It's, i think, the largest sum of money i ever got from tor for a deal. And it's certainly going to keep my family afloat. I anticipate lots of tours once we're able to tour again,. Once the pandemic is lifted and vaccination is more widespread. We haven't even sold the british and australian rights yet
