Partnerships With Universities in the UK

L d i is about pooling asets and creating real scale in these businesses. We have about 15 different partnerships with different universities across the u.K. Oxford desperately, it needs modernizing. It's got some incredible scientists working in non modern facilities but it has no graduate accommodation. Not enough. And the whole infrostructure around oxford needs massive upgrading. So we had a very cinstructive dialogue with the university and said, yoush, just partner with us. They had a bit of a competition, which we won. But we've done the same in manchester, two billion pound project. There quite a lot of others, fantastic partnerships across the u k.
