Instead of trying to build my community from scratch, I would reach out to people who were similar to me in my industry. And then what I would actually do is borrow other people's audiences. So on that landing page, I'd make sure that there was something of value to exchange with someone else. You've got to use your empathy muscles and your emotional intelligence to decide what's important to them.
