I hate to see people. Yes. And that's the thing is like, but for distance running, it's about the long, slow run. You should be able to have a conversation. I've never done this process, but I am kind of sort of injured right now. But you know, it's kind of like college. So let's see, you're going to get a bachelor's degree and you know, you need to take all those prerequisites. There are plenty of guys out there, women out there. If you want to know, hey, I want to fit this into my lifestyle, how would I balance this? How do I stay in the green zone?
