The League's Policy on Logos on Uniforms
There are so many underrepresented and undervalued groups of people that it would be impossible as a league to do a league sponsored night for each of them. The fact that there are players who may disagree with something a team is doing is something that we let the teams deal with. But when it comes to other issues of putting logos on your uniform, we've said no to every team on every subject. My view is we wanted the same sponsor on every uniform because that would be a better way to lessen the competitive disparities and the revenue disparities.
