If you were to ask the 65 million Brits that are still using retail, physical shops, pharmacies I reckon are pretty much high up on that list. Pharmacies get guaranteed foot full. So imagine this: You could buy the building that the pharmacy operates out of and put service accommodation upstairs or multiple offices upstairs. And then you own the property operates from and you can have a really good cash flow and business. Then you make all your wealth and cream from your property developments. Yeah. That's big down where I live in Essex. Now, these post office shops are now getting more foot full and they're selling other stuff because people are going in the stores.
