Flycatcher is a biodigester company based in panoeji. It uses gravity rather than electricity to swoosh the goo around as it's digested. Each digester costs between 10 and 45 thousand US dollars so they pushed big financial incentives to get the ball rolling. By using the gas they produce, Flycatcher lower their energy bills and not have to pay removal fees.
