What Does It Mean to Think About Those Theories Now?
In the 1950s and 60s, assumptions that rules baked into his theory. But those things no longer really seem like common sense. So what does it mean to think about those kinds of theories now when they no longer seem to recognize? It's in some sort of idea of technocracy in a sense - an idea of authority that is not democratic but believes its possession of reason makes it beyond dispute.
