I think first of all will always be hard for countries to build their own sovereign semiconductor supply chain right a lot of times you just have like regulatory flight and they build up their own whatever. I might not even need all the governments to sign up for this so I might only need a responsible NVIDIA where at least in the beginning gives people the features to eventually do something along these lines. Maybe we don't even need to mandate it in the beginning maybe need to mandates it later but for example NVIDIA should like stop start thinking right now about this if there's like certain race how we can do this which might be usedmaybe notMaybe it's all turns out gonna be okay and we don't
