Is There a Challenge?
Patrick Lucione: I have a rather big leadership team at the C level and instead of having a few C level people, I'm obviously building it consciously. We want to have flat hierarchies. We don't want to be too hierarchical and building that C level that is high up there, comes with other challenges again. But ultimately, yeah, we need, regardless of title, we need capable people at the top to figure out the challenges. And I'm confident we have them but as always, the world is turning so fast, the companies change so fast.
