What's Going On?

i saw my boss and a family friend naked from the waist down. Horrified, i hurried past while cupping my eyes like one of the queen's cavalry horses. This was all sort of brush under the carpet, and i was sworn to secrecy. However, i am now about to leave my job. And am feeling rather conflicted as to whether to confess to his girl friend what i saw. I expect she has suspicions of the other woman, but to me, this incident is on a whole other level. She is a nice lady, and i have always got on quite well with her. Many thanks, and i look forward to hearing your take on this.
